Certified Organic San Lin Hsi (Cedar Grove Tea) NEW SEASON

We have gained access to a supply of one of Taiwan's best vintage teas, Shan Lin Xi ("Cedar Grove Stream") at an incredibly reasonable price. Not to mention, it's certified organic as well.

Shan Lin Xi is grown on an old plantation located at 1,800 meters altitude in the central highlands of Taiwan and displays the crisp, clear ching hsiang ("light & fragrant") flavor for which Taiwan oolong is so famous.

It's fresh floral overtones, laced with a trace of fruity flavor, produce a rich smooth taste when the tea first hits the palate, followed by a subtle dry aftertaste that clears and soothes the whole mouth. An excellent early morning tea and at $40 for 300 grams represents excellent value.
