Order Processing & Shipping


Once your order and payment is received we will process your order.

You should receive two emails shortly after your order:

  1. "Receipt For Your Payment..." from our payment processor, Paypal
  2. "Your Order.." from us with a summary of your order and a link which
    you can click at any time to check the status of your order.

Please note that the order processing procedure may take up to 5 days*
In most cases, however, we will process within 48 hours.

As soon as the order has been shipped we will notify you by email & include
an online tracking code (see below regards EMS)

EMSWe exclusively use EMS (Express Mail Services) to ship all our items.

EMS is an international postal express mail service offered by postal-administration members of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). The UPU, a specialized agency of the United Nations, promotes the harmonization of postal services worldwide.

EMS offers superior speed and efficiency combined with reasonable charges
(which we of course pass on to you).

Thanks to EMS, we can deliver to 99% of the world within 3 to 9 business days
from the date we ship your order.

Once your order is shipped, we will advise you of an online EMS tracking code so you
can track progress of your shipment online.

Note: Expected day of delivery commences from mailing date, excluding customs clearance
time (if applies).  Delivery times for items subject to custom clearance are about 1-2 days
longer than the standard.

Very occasionally an item will be temporarily out of stock, in which case that item may be
delayed. In this event we will email you and advise accordingly. If you have ordered
multiple items we will give you the option of either waiting until all items are in stock,
or having those items in stock sent immediately and delayed item(s) sent separately.

* Please note it is your responsibility to sign for your order package upon delivery or attempted re-delivery. Or failing that, it is your responsibility to collect your order package from the nominated collection point within the nominated collection time. If you do not do this, your package will be shipped back to us, and then, if you wish for us to send it to you again, you will be responsible for the costs of us shipping it back to you. (We can ship to an alternative address if you wish).
