We exclusively use EMS (Express Mailing Services) to ship all our items.

EMS is an international postal express mail service offered by postal-administration members of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). The UPU, a specialized agency of the United Nations, promotes the harmonization of postal services worldwide.

EMS offers superior speed and efficiency combined with reasonable charges
(which we of course pass on to you).

Thanks to EMS, we can deliver to 100% of the world within 5 to 9 business days
from the date we process and ship your order.

Once we have an EMS tracking code, we will advise you of this by email so you can track progress of your shipment.

Note: Expected day of delivery commences from mailing date, excluding customs clearance
time (if applies).  Delivery times for items subject to custom clearance are about 1-2 days
longer than the standard.

Very occasionally an item will be temporarily out of stock, in which case that item may be
delayed. In this event we will email you and advise accordingly. If you have ordered
multiple items we will give you the option of either waiting until all items are in stock,
or having those items in stock sent immediately and delayed item(s) sent separately.
