ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order and payment is received we will process your order.

You should receive two emails shortly after your order: One, a "payment received" notification which will be sent instantly after your payment is made and the other being an email acknowledging receipt of order and that the order is in process - this email is sent usually in less than 24 hours, but may take up to 48 hours.

Please note that the order processing procedure may take up to 5 days. Usually however we will process within 48 hours.

As soon as the order has been shipped we will notify you by email and include an online tracking code (see below regards EMS)

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We exclusively use EMS (Express Mailing Services) to ship all our items.

EMS is an international postal express mail service offered by postal-administration members of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). The UPU, a specialized agency of the United Nations, promotes the harmonization of postal services worldwide.

EMS offers superior speed and efficiency combined with reasonable charges
(which we of course pass on to you).

Thanks to EMS, we can deliver to 100% of the world within 5 to 9 business days
from the date we ship your order.

Once your order is shipped, we will advise you of an online EMS tracking code so you can track progress of your shipment online.

Note: Expected day of delivery commences from mailing date, excluding customs clearance
time (if applies).  Delivery times for items subject to custom clearance are about 1-2 days
longer than the standard.

Very occasionally an item will be temporarily out of stock, in which case that item may be
delayed. In this event we will email you and advise accordingly. If you have ordered
multiple items we will give you the option of either waiting until all items are in stock,
or having those items in stock sent immediately and delayed item(s) sent separately.
