Using a unique technique developed at a famous kiln in Taiwan, this pot is made from a fine red clay found high in the mountains and mixed with a special activated charcoal compound that imparts special properties to the pot, such as keeping the tea hot longer, and eliminating any unpleasant tastes in the water used to steep the tea. It also microstructures the tea water so that the most subtle flavours within the tea leaves may be drawn out and savored. Extremely rare varierty of teapot that may be used to steep your most expensive teas.
